How does My Safe Report work?
Our online tool gives you the ability to report an incident or problem you're having to a responsible organisation, privately, securely, and completely anonymously if you choose.
Or keep a record of an incident and we will keep it secure, for your eyes only unless you want it delivered in the future.

Focussed on your privacy
Our system collects your report and holds it securely, only ever disclosing the details that you choose to the registered responsible person at the organisation the report is going to. You can be sure the report gets to that person, without ever identifying yourself to the organisation (unless you want to).
Your report is encrypted on our server so that nobody but you and the person you're reporting to can ever read it, and we don't track your usage of the system in the same way other websites and apps do.
This "third party" approach to reporting assures formality and transparency in the reporting process, accountability of the organisation you're reporting to, trust in the security of the reporting system (because it's My Safe Report's business to provide the most robust kind of service), and complete privacy for you at every step. The organisations who register for this service are showing a strong and open commitment to addressing the problem you're having.

- Because the information in your report is private and you may be choosing to report anonymously we have set up the Safe Report system so that your anonymity is assured.
- If you lose your secure key we can't give you the information back. For maximum privacy and security, there is no recovery process. Keep your key somewhere safe.
- Do not keep the name of this site in the same location as the secure key. Would you write your PIN number on your credit card?
- Keep the key even if you think you don't want it. You don't know how you will feel about your experience later.
